Escape from rear mount

  • Perform one of the following:
    • Reach behind yourself, and grab the opponent’s groin, and pull.
    • Perform double downward elbow strikes to the opponent’s inner thighs.
    • Cross your ankles over the opponent's ankles. Press down on the opponent’s feet and lay back for an ankle lock.
