Defense against a rear mug
- Drop into a horse stance and raise your elbows horizontally at your sides before the attacker can secure their grip.
- Twist towards the hand, and away from their elbow, of the opponent’s choking arm.
- If possible, strike the opponent’s floating ribs in the process.
