Defense against a downward knife stab or club strike
- When confronted, remove your belt, and hold it with both hands.
- 7-3 outside, snapping your belt taut diagonally overhead to block the incoming strike.
- Step in and trap the opponent’s forearm with you belt, pushing it back.
- Takedown the opponent with shihō-nage.
