  1. Quickly perform the following:
    • Pull your right foot into an attention stance facing #1.
    • Slide your right foot out to #7, entering a ready stance facing #1, with your arms still at your sides as in attention stance.
    • Pull your right foot back into an attention stance, facing #1.
  2. Execute a right knee kick to #1. Upon rechambering, set your right foot down to #6, and enter a right cat stance facing #1. Quickly execute the following to the opponent at #1:
  3. Twist into a left cat stance facing #7, with a right thumbknuckle block.
  4. The opponent attacks with front choke from #7. Run both thumbknuckles down their arms from their shoulder to their elbow. Then arc your hands up and forward, completing the circular motion by jabbing your thumbs into their eyes.
  5. Reach your right hand behind opponent’s head at #7. Step your right foot out to #6, into a right front stance facing #7, with a left inside elbow strike.
  6. Execute a left outside shutō block, then reach your left hand behind opponent’s head at #7. Twist into a right front stance facing #1, with a right inside elbow strike.
  7. Execute a right outside shutō block, and use both hands to push the opponent’s head down into a knee kick to #8.
  8. Immediately step your right foot to #1, entering a right hook stance facing #1, with a left rising shutō block.
  9. Execute a left front kick to #1. Upon re-chambering, slide your left foot out to #2, entering a left front stance facing #1 with a right, then left, hiraken uchi at the opponent's solar plexus-level to #1.
  10. Immediately reach behind the opponent’s head with your left hand, and twist into a left hook stance facing #3, with a right inside elbow strike.
  11. Execute a right nami-ashi, and step your right foot to #1 and entering a horse stance facing #3 with a simultaneous left pressing block and a right reverse elbow strike to #7.
  12. Quickly look to #5. Twist into a right cat stance facing #5 with a left naifu-kinniku.
  13. Execute a left front kick to #5. Upon re-chambering, return to a right cat stance. Invert your cat stance, and step your right foot to #3, entering a right front stance facing #4 with a left pressing block. Execute a right koko uchi at throat-level to #4.
  14. Quickly look to #6. Twist into a left front stance facing #6, with a left naifu-kinniku. Execute a right hiraken uchi at solar plexus-level to #6.
  15. Quickly look to #1. Execute a right nami-ashi, stepping your right foot to #5, entering a transitional left sanchin dachi facing #6, with your hands on the right hip. Immediately twist into a right cat stance, facing #1, with a simultaneous right rising and left forward shutō blocks (with your forearms never leaving your centerline).
  16. Shift into a left hook stance facing #1 with a Kūsankū left rising shutō block, and a right tate-shutō.
  17. Execute a right front kick, then your step right foot out to #8, entering a right front stance to #1, with a right downward shutō block. Execute a left hiraken uchi at the opponent's solar plexus-level to #1.
  18. Execute a left nami-ashi, and set your foot down to #1, entering a right full-side-facing (with your chest to #7).
  19. Shift into a left full-side-facing (with your chest to #7) with a right ude uke.
  20. Kneel on your right knee, facing #1. Point your right elbow upward, to shield your head with your arm.
  21. Rise up into a right full-side-facing (with your chest to #7), with a right thumbknuckle block, immediately followed by a left outside palmheel strike to the opponent’s side at #7.
  22. Quickly look to #1. Step your left foot out to #6, entering a right hook stance facing #1, with a left ridgehand block.
  23. Step your left foot out to #2, entering a left front stance facing #1, with a left outside shutō block. Execute a right, then left hiraken uchi at the opponent's solar plexus to #1, followed by a right inside ridgehand strike at neck-level to #1.
  24. Execute a two-hand lapel grab to #1, pulling the opponent into a right knee kick. Set your right foot down to #1, entering a left full-side-facing (with your chest to #3), and pull your hands to your left hip for a tai-otoshi.
  25. Slide your right foot to #6, entering a right cat stance facing #2, with a kakiwake uke (with closed fists).
  26. Step your left foot to #5, then immediately your step right foot to #4, entering a left hook stance facing #1, with a right thumbknuckle block. Execute a left hiraken uchi at solar plexus to #1.
  27. Step your left foot back to #4, entering a right front stance, facing #1 with a right downward shutō block. Execute a left hiraken uchi at the opponent's solar plexus-level to #1.
  28. Step your left foot to #6, entering a right back stance facing #1, with a left shutō block.
  29. Pull your hands to your hips as you execute a left nami-ashi. Step your left foot to #2, entering a left front stance facing #1, with a rising X-block (with open hands).
  30. Pull your hands to your hips as you execute a left nami-ashi. Step your left foot to #3 and enter a horse stance facing #1, with a downward X-block (open hands).
  31. Pull hands to your hips as you draw your right leg in, entering an attention stance. Goshin-Jutsu bow.
