Defense against a front kick
- 7-3 inside, catching the opponent’s kick with scooping block.
- Shift in with a reverse punch to the abdomen, to break the opponent’s balance.
- Release the opponent’s leg, to make them fall forward. Shift out with a same-side backfist strike to the nose.
