Defense against an over-arm bear hug
- Off-balance the opponent by using your knees to spread their legs apart.
- Simultaneously execute a knee kick to the groin, and double hammerfist or tate-shutō strikes to the opponent’s kidneys or floating ribs.
- Rising palmheel strike to the chin.
- Front kick to the groin.
