Defense against a pursuit punch or haymaker
- 7-3 inside with an outside shutō block.
- Lapel grab or hook your hands behind the opponent’s head, pulling them into a front kick to the groin.
- Pull the opponent into an inside elbow strike to their temple or jaw.
