Defense against a rear mug, with another attacker closing in from the front

  • With one leg, quickly, stomp the mugger’s instep and front kick the attacker.
  • Execute a reverse elbow strikes to the mugger’s abdomen and floating ribs until they loosen their grip.
  • Turn towards the hand (i.e., away from the elbow) of the arm that is choking you to twist out of the rear mug.
  • Quickly incapacitate the mugger.
