Defense against an opponent who grabs your wrist while walking alongside you

  • Turn into the opponent, raising your arm with the shoulder alone, to off balance the opponent.
  • Continue turning into the opponent with a downward ridgehand strike from your free hand, for a takedown (a variant of irimi-nage).
