Defense against a pursuit punch, haymaker, club swing, or knife slash

  • Drop kick to the groin.
  • Trap the opponent’s ankle with your bottom foot, and pull it backwards. Simultaneously swing your top leg into the back of the opponent’s knee. Roll into the opponent’s for a variant of a leg scissors takedown.
  • Continue rolling; deliver a quickly striking the opponent’s brainstem with your heel.
