Defense against a pursuit punch

• 7-3 inside, with a double pressing block; the outside hand presses the opponent’s triceps, and the inside hand presses against their wrist.
• Inside arm lever, pulling the opponent down into a knee kick to the head.

Notes

This is a variation of the opening to Ugoku ni Roku Hō.
