Defense against a full Nelson

  • Shoot your hands straight up and bend forward at the waist, as though you were doing the classic toe-touch stretch.
  • Grab one of the opponent’s ankles, and pull it up and forward as you stand up straight for a takedown.
  • Stomp kick to their groin.
