Defense against a gunman intimidating you with a pistol at your stomach

  • Twist inside to get off the line-of-fire, and opposite-side grab the opponent’s wrist.
  • Apply an outside arm lever.
  • Grab the back of the opponent’s collar, and hook your closest foot around theirs. As the opponent resists the arm lever, do not stop them. Perform a front exercise kick, using their upward and rearward momentum to take them down in a variant of the reap.
  • Wristlock the opponent, pointing their gun at their own head.
