Defense against a pursuit punch

An incorrectly-performed Speed Technique.

Notes

This is the “Speed Technique”, where 9 complete, accurate, full-power strikes are performed in < 2 seconds. Be mindful that each technique must carry a real malicious intent; you can’t just flail your arms like a Muppet (see above).

This waza is admittedly, more of a parlor trick than a self-defense technique, but practicing it develops your speed, which also grants the self-confidence that comes bundled with great speed.
