Defense against a front kick
- 7-3 outside with a nagashi uke.
- Immediately incapacitate the opponent with a flurry of rapid punches to the lower spine, upper spine, and a backfist strike to their brainstem.
- Grab the opponent’s collar, and pull them to the ground.
