Defense against a pursuit punch
- 7-3 outside, wrapping your opposite-side arm around the opponent’s elbow for a standing arm bar.
- Strike the opponent with a same-side palmheel strike to the lower spine.
- Grab the opponent by the hair or brow ridge, and pull them over your knee.
- Attack the opponent’s eyes or throat.
