Defense against an under-arm bear hug, from the rear
- Twist with an outside elbow strike to the opponent’s temple.
- Stomp on the opponent’s instep.
- When the opponent loosens their grip, grab one of their arms and quickly twist away from it, spinning the opponent down into the ground.
