Defense against a pursuit punch
- Inside 7-3, wrapping your same-side arm around theirs for a standing arm bar.
- Immediately shift into the opponent, to off-balance them with a knee depression.
- Crush the opponent’s nose, solar plexus, and groin with hammerfist strikes.
